The Posse will be in attendance and will be hosting a meetup afterwards (Details coming soon). \nUSPS writes: \nThe U.S. Postal Service will issue Lowriders\, a set of new commemorative postage stamps. The first-day-of-issue outdoor event is free and open to the public. News of the stamps is being shared with the hashtag #LowridersStamps. \nAttendees are encouraged to register and RSVP for the FDOI ceremony at https://www.usps.com/lowridersstamps. \nPlease note: This request does not guarantee reserved or designated seating. Seating is available only on a first-come basis. This will be an outdoor event\, free and open to the public\, with limited parking.
